We had our first class at our new Maitland Boot Camp location at the Winter Park Volleyball Club this morning!
We had an amazing group and had a ton of fun in class :-)
I am SO proud of all of you who came out this morning! We're looking forward to working with all of you through the Holidays and to help get you on the right track for 2013!

It was a BIG Forte Fitness Weekend last weekend!
We volunteered at the Thanksgiving Basket Brigade on Saturday, had our Little Black Dress Party at Ember on Friday night, and had our Vision Board Party on Sunday!
Basket Brigade on Sat:
I am SO proud of our Forte Fitness family for all of their generosity and support for our Basket Brigade charity event this past Saturday.
The Basket Brigade is an amazing event where every year, people donate food to help create "Thanksgiving baskets" to be given to families that are unable to afford to celebrate Thanksgiving with their families.
BUT...it's not only a donation! We actually went out in groups on Saturday and hand-delivered these baskets to these families. What an amazing morning! It was such a beautiful experience. We will definitely be doing it again next year for those who want to get involved :-)
