Challenge of the Week 8/6: 7 Mile Challenge
Happy Monday Everyone!
I want to take minute to congratulate all of the women in our Little Black Dress Project for losing a combined 74.6 pounds this past week.
That’s a total of 387.2 pounds lost for the group so far in just 3 weeks!!

Now…on to the Challenge of the week!
Personally, I have a tendency to avoid running. It’s just not something that I am naturally good at (which is why I enjoy kettlebell so much.)
It’s always something that I need to work on and never seems to get any easier. SO….this is going to be a good challenge for me as well!
Your Challenge this week (in ADDITION to your normal boot camp workouts or other regular workout schedule…
is to add an EXTRA 7 miles of running/jogging/walking into your schedule this week.
You can run 1 mile each day for the week, run 7 miles in one day, or mix and match until you get 7 extra miles by the end of the week!
I would try to get it done earlier in the morning or later at night when it’s cooler.
Not my favorite challenge for myself, but it will be good for me, and hopefully for you, also!

I Accept! You totally read my mind I am the exact same way. This will be a big challenge for me and I am going to challenge myself further by running more than one mile at a time. Gotta start training if i’m gonna make it through 13 miles in the tough mudder!

hahaha… i hadn’t even looked at this until today but I already have 8 miles under my belt.. YAY!! Met a challenge without even trying
