Healthy Baked Sweet Potato Fries….DELISH!

Easy & Delicious Baked Sweet Potato Fries
These are a great way to stick to a clean diet AND still feel like you are indulging a little bit
Ingredients:
- 3 sweet potatoes, peeled & cut into wedges
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- dash cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt or Kosher Salt
- (Optional: You can also play around with a few of these spices instead: smoked paprika, Chinese five-spice, pumpkin pie spice, garam masala, & Cajun seasoning!)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine all of your ingredients and toss until all of the “fries” are evenly coated.
Spread out your fries on a baking sheet.
Bake until they are crispy to your liking! (about 30 minutes)
Enjoy and try not to eat the whole thing!
