      THANK, BUT A QUESTION ON THIS. WITH SINGLE ARMS WORK IS IT 50 PER ARMS , LIKE 5O REPS ON RIGHT ARM SNATCH AND 50 LEFT ARM OR IS IT JUST THE TOTAL OF THAT AND HOW MANY DAY A WEEK TO DO? THANK YOU , JOEY

    2. Hey Joey- The snatches and clean and press would be 25 on each side. So the 50 reps would be the total between both arms. Try timing your workout to see how long it takes you. I would integrate this into your program occasionally and track your progress. Good luck!
