Kettlebell Weekend Warrior Workout!

Happy Friday Everyone!  

This workout if for all of you Kettlebellers out there!

Kettlebell Weekend Warrior Workout: 

Make sure to warm-up well first, and then complete 4 Rounds of the following….

  • 50 snatches (25 on each side)
  • 40 squats
  • 30 wipers
  • 20 push-ups
  • 10 deck squats

Looks deceiving, but it is a good one!  Hope you enjoy it :-)
