This workout if for all of you Kettlebellers out there!
Kettlebell Weekend Warrior Workout:
Make sure to warm-up well first, and then complete 4 Rounds of the following….
- 50 snatches (25 on each side)
- 40 squats
- 30 wipers
- 20 push-ups
- 10 deck squats
Looks deceiving, but it is a good one! Hope you enjoy it
