Moxie Monday: Tony’s 3 Keys to Success

I’m excited about today because it’s Moxie Monday!

It’s something new that I wanted to share with you on Forte Fitness blog.

I found this video that I HAD to post because it’s completely relevant to not only success with losing weight, but with many if not ALL other aspects of our lives.

  1. I really enjoyed that video! I rarely turn on the TV but seeing things like that makes me feel like I’m missing out on some good content, perhaps I should turn on the Oprah show once in a while. I took notes and am going to work on creating more of a strategy or game plan for my life.

    PS-I have to admit I had to look up the meaning of moxie and if anyone else is curious, it means “the ability to face difficulty with spirit and courage.” LOVE that, looking forward to the NEW Moxie Monday blog posts! :-)
