The SPARTAN 1000 Challenge:

It’s a Killer Workout, where there will be lots of Blood, Sweat, & Tears 

(ok, maybe not blood) but definitely sweat and tears!

The Spartan 1000 Warrior Workout:

100 Jump Squats

200 Push-Ups

300 Sit-Ups

400 Burpees

OR…

The Spartan Jr. Warrior Workout:

50 Jump Squats

100 Push-Ups

150 Sit-Ups

200 Burpees

Are you READY for this Challenge?  

ANYONE can do it!

Everyone who completes the challenge will earn their place on

the “Forte Fitness Wall of Fame!”

BUT….This one is special, because we’ll be collecting a $5 donation for the Wounded Warrior Foundation.
