Weekend Warrior Workout: Spartan Challenge! (YEAH baby!)
Tonight is going to be EPIC with the Spartan 1000 Challenge at 6:30 in Baldwin Park!

It’s very fitting that tonight is Friday the 13th
Here’s your Weekend Warrior CHALLENGE if you choose to accept it. (Make SURE you leave a comment below with how long it took you!)
Junior Spartan OR Spartan 1000 Challenge:
Warm up well, and then perform the following exercises in ORDER. Since there is no designated rest period, you can rest when you need to. Make sure to stretch and cool down well when you are finished.
This one can take anywhere from 35 minutes to 2+ hours depending on which workout you do and how hard you work. This is a GREAT one to do with your friends!
Spartan 1000 Challenge:
100 Jump Squats
200 Push-Ups
300 Sit-Ups
400 Burpees
OR… The Junior Spartan:
50 Jump Squats
100 Push-Ups
150 Sit-Ups
200 Burpees

I shocked myself and finished the Junior Spartan in 34 min, 36 sec!!! WOO HOO!!!!!!!

Sorry I missed the event!! We were given tix to the Magic game on Friday. Did the Junior in 31 minutes this morning. Woohooo!! Looking forward to next time;-)
