Weekend Warrior Workout: The Fat Incinerator (6/1/12)

Happy Friday!  I hope you are all having a great start to your weekend.

Here’s a slight variation of our Boot Camp workout from this morning for all of you Weekend Warriors out there.

Weekend Warrior Challenge:

 

Warm up WELL for 5-10 minutes (jog, stretch)

Complete this workout in your BEST possible time with proper form. There is no designated rest time- so rest when you need to.  Here you go…..

20 Step-ups PER side
20 Double Unders (2 spins for every jump on jump rope)
40 Squats Jumps
400 meter run

15 Sit-ups
15 Supermans
15 Floppy Burpees
400 meter run

20 Step-ups PER side
20 Double Unders
40 Squats Jumps
400 meter run

15 Sit-ups
15 Supermans
15 Floppy Burpees
400 meter run

20 Step-ups PER side
20 Double Unders
40 Squats Jumps
400 meter run

Done!  Make sure to cool down for 5-10 minutes and then stretch out REALLY well when you are finished.
